@noellyo the problem is the law makers. The system is corrupt and there wont be any change anytime soon. All has been thoroughly documented and presented to Senate Committees historically. The evidence was gifted and yet nothing will be done.
To destroy a lot of these devious and corrupt practices as an individual:
Run your own SMSF and control the investments yourself.
Dont day trade, you get skimmed on the way in and exit, just long term buys.

These devious practices, a lot flourish when there is turnover. Slow the turnover.
