Has DTE come out with their plan for the Australian assets if the merger/sale goes through? If they plan to keep them on care and maintenance, I'll be happier - I know they want to rid 'non-core assets' Will Australia then be considered non-core? Suppose I could contact them and ask for myself, but I'm fairly lazy in that regard.

I'm not ecstatic about the offer from Igas, but I worry that if the vote goes 'NO' DTE will continue to burn through cash and we will see raising after raising, delay after delay. Even if NIMBY's and government change and embrace dart are still a way away from a positive cash flow. Obviously the board does not have any confidence in this company by itself, and we're not seeing any other offers come. Still on the fence myself.
