with the nsw lease would it be better that they were not included in the sale but put into a new company with the distrubution to the exsisting shareholders with shares at pro rata cost,then they can raise money in the future for the devolopement when the time arises,a lot of people invested for the nsw gas but alas not to go ahead for the time being,in the future maybee seeing that fraccing was allowed to santos opens up for dte lease for drilling in not the to distant future and nhc are positioning themselves for that time with very little outlay
