i rang tom to find out the company position;since i have been along time substantial share holder; and like you he is always ready for a chat ;.
he explained how they were bidding for this gold mine and then will need money to purchase it ;because they had not sufficient(funds),and will enter into the purchase of a gold mine ,from orion, to gain share holder interest ;to raise money .

has any one ,have any clues , wheather or not the purchase actually took place ,also will it dilute the share price, with a extra 75 million shares being issued ,how about the working capital to mine .
