Even if the 57% accepts we as individual shareholders can decline collectively?? If they dont get 75% they cannot request to delist? So either way we could remain in the stock to hopefully retrieve further value and upside i.e. the 5c dividends we hope to receive. Or would a new board nominated be able to prejudice the running of the business at the detriment to its small holders? My understanding is no?

Kind of what was paying out at atlas iron prior to gina obtaining 75%?
