At the end of the day he can get past 75% to less than 90% and providing there are 150 shareholders with $500- value he won’t be able to delist. It literally is that simple.
CE has had this offer on the table since Dec 16 and he still hasn’t clinched the deal. What does it say about him?
Now I am sure he will try more dirty tricks, it is in his nature.
