Pretty much the same as my thoughts when I did a quick count up on the numbers.
MIN, with all their resources, $$$$, phone calls, publicity etc etc have done pretty dismally in reality.
Initially, I thought MIN would get 50% pretty easily - they would have already had that lined up.
I believe MIN would have thought the 80% would not be too hard.
I can't see them getting 80%.
70% is better than I expected but some of their announcements have been pretty strong and borderline or outright misleading.
Of course, the BOD doing a 180 was a total capitulation and gave MIN at least another 10% of shareholders who have trouble reading past the first bold paragraph they see.
They also put a lot of doubt in everyone's mind.

I think HC has made a very significant difference.
It has done an incredible job of informing people of what has happened and the potential of NWE.
There is a very large number of people that just "pop in" and have a read and never, never comment.
