    He has achieved control of NWE now. Got it for peanuts. No real rational reason to up the offer and there is even a slight chance he may get to 90% and delist.

    With nearly 72% now there is added incentive for those holding out to take up the offer so that MIN gains 80% and the sellers then have their CGT liability rolled over.

    I have heaps of MIN and recently took up the offer to trade my NWE for MIN
