Hi barney,
It looks as if the NWE board of directors will each have to pay a massive sum of CGT.
Which I would think, that they would not have expected to pay.

This will surely leave a sour taste in their mouths.
Additionally, imo their reputations will be ruined. How can you put a price on that?
Ethics have gone straight out of the window.
I assume that they are still taking their salaries, which is wrong as they appear to have virtually gone awol.


Are/have they acted in the best interests of their shareholders???
Unlike many other questionable situations on the ASX, I think that this has had such a great deal of publicity that they may very well be called to face the music.

I doubt they are sleeping well at night.
