Unlike many other questionable situations on the ASX, I think that this has had such a great deal of publicity that they may very well be called to face the music.

I doubt they are sleeping well at night.

I think that if I received the amount of shares they did I wouldn’t be too worried about capital gains, they are set for life even after paying it.
