re the CGT for the BOD shares / options were granted at the AGM last year.
This is less than 12 months.
What CGT - it's just ordinary tax.
They haven't lost something they never had have.
Just made a lot of money in a short time.
As I always told my clients - I have seen people lose more money trying to avoid, oops minimise, their tax than if they had simply paid the tax.
You don't go bankrupt for making a profit.

Re their reputation, I agree with you Barney.
From an objective viewpoint the BOD has done an amazing job with NWE.
Their reputation at the moment is sky high outside of NWE shareholders.
50 odd times the value it was.
Regardless, of why, this is what people will see and remember.
With their knowledge they will be welcomed at many small/medium companies.

Who remembers all the shareholders Twiggy burned?
