I also agree. Spud is imminent and will likely decouple the MIN/NWE SP. At this point the MIN offer will look foolish, more, it will be very ineffective. MIN will likely close the offer. If CE still wants 100% he will need to raise a new offer at a steep increase if the drill results are as expected. Those who have gifted their shares to CE in the current offer will look like a goose. I don’t see why CE would bother frankly, he has over 90% of the tenement, cheaply. I have a modest 1.5m shares and he won’t get them at this price, I don’t see why there is so much angst about the 150 SH holding $500. We must number thousands, surely.
