    If ASAX.min has more than 70% of shares in ASX.NWE, can they force dilution of NWE shares by credit raisings?

    No, they cannot. Credit raisings are a separate process and do not affect the ownership of shares. ASAX.min may be able to influence the decisions of the board of directors of ASX.NWE, but they cannot force dilution of NWE shares without the approval of the board.
