The shares allocated to us in last NWE capital raise is 6/5/2022. Viewing the progress of MIN trying to take over, I do not think MIN can privatises NWE before that date. Even MIN does a successful privatisation afterwards, we can still enjoy 50% discount of capital gain tax for those shares we got from CR.
