You can only assume that these two stakeholders were "proxy" stakeholders for this US acquirer set up many moons ago...just sitting there waiting for the move to be made...no doubt "selling out" at a discount to what this company will eventually have to pay for Arana will be compensated/rewarded in any number of ways and in other dealings
