ohhhh yeh, Westpac is pathetic. Opening a basic account can take an hour with some nuff entering your details at a snail's pace and mentioning all their other products. Very unimpressed with Westpac. I do everything I can to avoid dealing with idiots in such jobs.
"Let me print out seven pages of details you'll never read and put them in a special folder for you sir". It's just such an insult and waste of time. If an account can be created in minutes then DO IT, get back to your sh1tty paper shuffling job and let me get out of here.
