With a very small war chest, a junior manipulator can control the sp. Just monitor and post on HC, allow the sp to rise 10% of its own accord then punish it after a heap of short selling. The trading is so thin. Add a little related party trading where required and soon it is time to take the brakes off again.

Accidental as it might be, the 50% share of lani with DS probably causes 2nd thoughts about a take-over because big pharma would need to also purchase ROW lani from DS. Not suggesting that it will not happen, but that the price will be much less and we will see aggressive prior bot activity. With many minutes between trades, bots are something I do not see atm. Sure, brokers are splitting their orders as usual, but these trades are not the HST bots that we have seen in the last couple of years.

Believe the actual intantaneous sp, Manipulated or not, it is real.

Believe huge relenza sales to rebalance stockpiles in the next two years, within patent and that royalty alone is likely more than the current value of Biota.

Believe a BTA take-over is near when the GS bot punishes the DS sp causing DS to consider lani ROW sale to defend DS take-over possibility.
Do not believe any bids and offers are genuine unless they are your own.
Do not believe that trades that influence the BTA sp are genuine.
Do not believe everything contained in announcements, the press or investment forums.
