I believe in my previous post that I stated that a poster on HC believed that their Email had been read and ignored. I would imagine that if they were able to access their inbox, they would be able to send a response.
Happy to be corrected on this one as I don't have a background in IT.
Regarding phone calls, we shouldn't need to make constant phone calls considering that AJM has our investments. Many posters on here constantly state that "nothing to see here, focusing on the mining blah blah blah". If that was the case, constant phone calls would be counter productive.
