I think you hit the nail on the head

The big issue for BBI & BBP apart from the debt levels both have is the agreements, and what impact they will have when they are terminated

I imagine the administrators wont let them go cheap which leaves the question of where does the money come from to buy the agreements and how much will is cost?

On the other hand if BBI & BBP get out of it well, then its a whole new ball games

I personally think BBP is a better punt than BBI, due to the SPARCS and all the other drames with BBI that needs to be resolved
