Problem for the banks is the debt is largely unsecured so doubt they will take that big a hit when CNP is still making its repayments. Can you imagine what that would do to their SP's and frankly they have enough problems with out adding to them at the moment. Extension is a given I think or worst case a 90% chance. Money for jam folks.
