I had hoped that COF was already a little insulated from the CBD office woes through its properties being non-CBD. But I must admit, exact office location is a very hard to judge variable in this whole jigsaw of human and business behaviour!
Still a little worried about asset values although the office market appears to be holding value a little bit better than might have been expected?
