he Australian Federal Police has raided the offices of several companies associated with businessman and Perth Glory owner Tony Sage.
Officers spent several hours in the building which houses the Perth Glory offices as well as offices for the mining company Cape Lambert Resources, of which Mr Sage is executive chairman.
An AFP spokesman says a number of search warrants were executed on commercial and residential premises in Perth and Sydney today.
He says it is part of an ongoing investigation in partnership with agencies including the Australian Tax Office and Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
A spokeswoman for Cape Lambert Resources declined to comment.
