An appeal has been lodged as the county mislead the company. It appears that the appeal will be heard within months. Excelaron has had backing from Petro industry as this groundbreaking lawsuit will be used as a precedent for similar future failings/breaches. The best part is that the case now will be heard outside the county which helps our cause.
I welcome the determination of Excelaron in persuing to fix a wrong.
