It is mentioned that 'This decision will take effect on the date on which the European Patent Bulletin mentions the grant"
IMHO we have to wait till the fat lady sings, & so are the companies wanting to see the mention in the bulletin before they sign & lock in to any contract ??
Looks like some one's draft contract is in the final stages & they wanted see the form 2006 to cross all the 't's & dot all the 'i's !!
It may be a long & painful wait till the publishing of the European Patent Bulletin 11/41 on 12.10.11 to see the mention of ADO's patent
Please let me be wrong & 'sign' the damn contracts already !!
