From the API website details about the pharmacy brands associated with API.

At API we have a number of brands and banners in the retail health and beauty industry. They are often the face that consumers and patients see when they are looking after their total health and wellness.

Pricelinehas been operating for more than 20 years. It is known for providing great value on beauty products that target consumers in the mid-mass market. A Priceline traditionally stocks a range of well known brands such as Revlon, Maybelline, Max Factor, Australis, L?Oreal and more. Consumers are able to try products and receive advice. More recently Priceline has expanded its range of health related products, in areas such as nutrition where it stocks brands like Blackmore?s and Celebrity Slim. Owned and operated by API it provided the foundation for the development of Priceline Pharmacy.

Priceline Pharmacy adopts the tried and tested strategies in Priceline for the front of store and this is complemented by the advice and dispensary that a pharmacy brings. It provides a retail destination where patients and consumers can have their beauty needs attended to in one convenient location. These traditionally larger pharmacies are differentiated from other pharmacy brands by its comprehensive back office support systems and compliance requirements as part of a franchise. The combined strength of the brands includes more than 2 million members of its ClubCard loyalty program.

The Soul Pattinson banner is one of the oldest names associated with Australian pharmacy. Soul Pattinson was born in Sydney in 1886. Today Soul Pattinson is still a trusted pharmacy name, particularly in Australia?s eastern states. Pharmacies associated with Soul Pattinson provide pharmacy advice and medicines with a strong range in front of store products. The brand was refreshed in 2007 with a new image, and a broader range of merchandise and services now being rolled out nationally.

Pharmacist Advice is a pharmacy banner for a smaller pharmacy that concentrates on providing professional service and advice. It is a niche offering where pharmacists focus on counselling patients on specific medication needs. It is a banner that is being actively developed as the Australian population ages and demand for medication counselling increases.

Pharmacies also receive services under the API Member program. This is not a brand but it is the label under which services are provided to independent pharmacies that choose not to join a brand or banner group.
