Interesting result. I did expect it to be close, but I thought it was more likely the SOA would fail on the 50% requirement for number of shareholders voting, rather than the 75% requirement for number of votes.
Anyway, it's done now, for better or worse. I expect short term pain, but I hope for long term gain.
