Moderators expect some proof if accusations are made, and while I didn't read Infoseeker's moderated post, I'll assume this is the reason the moderators moderated it.
This has occured to me several times in the past including a post I made regarding LUM and a guy named Daws who had been charged and been banned from being a director or having a Financial Services Licence. The post was moderated, however, when I gave the URL, the post was left and an explanation was given regarding proof being required next time.
