if so, surely that isnt legal? have asic/asx investiated this point?
what a debacle! to think this man nearly got $4 million out of the late Richard Pratt and suckered in a respected journalist like Ian Porter.
amazing. game is up now though, i cant see his reputation ever recovering after the QTK fiasco.....
