If you missed ducky post recently, he "claimed" that he finally bought his own house last year, which is at the peak of the market, "wow". But, he defended his action that he got it at a good discount, then I told him any undesirable/mortgage belt/rough/struggle area will give massive discount even at the peak of the market. Also told him to wait a bit more, he'll see more accelerated discount.
