Forged its not always like that mate. The suburb that got hit worst in Perth was Applecross. Prices ranged from $1-$10 million. The lower end of this suburb was smashed for a while as so many geos, mining engineers lost there jobs. Even good ole Cottesloe was hit badly, properties that hit $4mil, were going for just sub $2 million. Range Rovers are not an immunity ticket, but the again Perth is not part of Oz i guess.
