re: becoming a backhaul carrier! - bulldust! Telstra are all about being a monopoly. They dont seem to know anything about providing competitive services to customers.
They will fail on their monopoly trip. Just look at the arrogance of continual increased prices for boring copper as their customer base for copper crumbles rapidly.
