The ams directors (whom are also with MRC) are getting out of the twiggy controlled ams and floating (backdooring?) off a new gold vehicle- the shreholers of ams to get a fair slice of the action. Therefore it makes no sense to me that MRC are selling- unless they have no faith in the new (/old) ground and mobile mill?
Also AMS had some options expire and end of fin year- any clues on the impact of this?
