I read that this morning and i was thinking about NWE permit offshore (TP15) and our onshore permit SPA-013 which is right on the shoreline.
It'd be nice to know exactly where they were looking at.
I take it they've been studying up on W11-18 which was due for release in 12 April 2012. I dont know who got it though. It's a pretty big release.
