Absolute rubbish but when you are able to spout such without being seen and get a feel good about yourself why not.
A shale well can be drilled for half or less of what you quote but only produces a tenth of what an offshore green field well does. As for HSE and the US and going home at night, wtf. Cheers bollicks,
