I agree trees, this is a good topic.

I think Hartleys had mentioned that the YA facility would most likely not get used.

Also agree with MAGA, with a cornerstone investor encouraged to buy in on the market.

In saying that though, if they were to raise more money through a C/R. Then I would prefer that the cornerstone investor or the like with an offtake agreement in place, gets all of them. I could imagine they would be far more likely to hold on to their shares for the long term.

What I'd really like to see, is a share register like DYL's top 10. I think over 50% of the company is held by the top 10.
