However, exclamations marks should never be used in a formal business document.
This tends to look amateurish.

If we can counter-sue SDL and recover that ~$1M in legal costs, that will be the death knell of SDL.
Then what?
SDL's litigation funders cut their losses and desert the sinking sink?

Just waiting to see the next SDL Annual Report.
(FY22 wasn't released until Nov 22.)
We'll get a sense of the cash burn rate, and be able to calculate how much longer they can last before receiver/managers could be expected.

And please remember, SDL's litigation in Africa is directly against the respective countries, and does not include ANS.
If any compensation payment is found to be in order, then that's for the Countries governments to sort, not ANS nor the consortium.
