asians work differently...want to see the big picture before committing...why would chinese companys sign up unless they see what is exactly happening? this is a massive project and ding isnt doing all this work and loaning money to a failed project....otherwise he would have cut his losses and walked away and made money somewhere else...
i am sure he has a greet relationship with everyone associated...
stop being an empty glass...atleast be half full.
this is happening from what I see in the last announcement...gve us somewhere Christmas cheer ...not gloom and doom anymore
