Just out of interest sake have a look at CFE thread for an example of potential offtake agreement with a Chinese company which would build their port and railway requirements in return for guaranteed offtake of resource.
This is the sort of deal you would hope if required that MAK could do to prevent any massive dilution of shares. It all depends on the MAK shareprice and money requirements (whether benefication or not) when the time draws nearer.
