my gut feeling is that if - repeat if - any directors buy, then a reasonable amount of time will have to pass before there is finance agreed - say 6 months.
it could be that there are offtake deals and finance on the table - but since do not meet SRL benchmarks, then SRL not willing to make a deal.

another 6 months of product shortage pushes up the nickel and cobalt prices in meantime and then a deal - plus 6 months extra time for long lead items - like the ETL and water. it is good that the route has been surveyed from port pirie to site for the 2 x 400t autoclaves
Covid must be having an impact too for regional NSW

am a bit spoilt here in Perth - not much of a covid impact - but I do feel it for people that are impacted
