I am under the impression Sundance is in the process of securing signatures to an offtake agreement.
I further assume the details of that agreement will cost Sundance by way of issuing a swag of SDL shares to the "partner" or some other method whereby the new partner participates in the future good fortune Sundance will be enjoying.
As any form of payment of this magnitude must have a significant impact on the bottom line profit, will the SDL share price inevitably reduce, to reflect the new partner's share.... or the dilutionary effect of creating additional shares?...... or has that already been factored into the current share price?
We are expecting a significant surge in the share price once an offtake agreement has been finalised. However, that agreement will not come free of charge.
