    1) they have the ore close to or on the surface.

    2) they have agreement to use the existing rail system and port at 2mtpa.

    3) demand for iron ore at any quality let alone premium quality is sky high.

    4) off take agreement to desperate steel mills is imminent

    just my opinion.
