If you’d been paying the slightest attention to the company then you would have known that deals, offtakes, partnerships were declined because AGY wouldn’t hand over their IP. There’s nothing that you have cut and paste that is inconsistent with and thank Christ they didn’t lock themselves into a bad deal because of impatient shareholders. You’d be squealing even louder if that happened.
