I think the effect that it will have on price if we got a offtake agreementwould be influenced a lot by lithium and cobalt futures prices. It would be valued at a premium to futures prices. But I don’t think the length of the offtake agreement would an advantage to enter with futures prices being down right now. So if we got locked in to low prices it would be bad for the company's revenue. So for all those reasons I think right now is not a good time for an offtake agreement and INR won't be seeking one right now. having got to where we are now is required before an offtake can be struck but the timing is not in our favour right now.
So for the reasons I've said if they were approached then the approacher would probably offer a premium price to egg INRon to sign up to it but i don't think we'd accept any thing.
