I'm no expert and my views are really only based on what i consider common sense.
I'm sure the offtake that is agreed on wont be a fixed price and will move up and down with the open market price
therefore no need to wait for the open market price to move up to get a contract done
if you wait to long to get an offtake agreement you might miss out and then the mine doesn't get funding and everyone misses out.
