Hi Birch - just throwing it out there for others to consider and offer up possibilities.

Not sure where the 500t you reference for IP. My offtake schedule sees the already 400t to SG plus an additional 400t to SG or another large German firm - PLUS large concentrate shipped to Germany with IP tech for their onshore refining. A total of 800t PrNd plus additional large concentrate and IP tech. In return ARU receive 800aud million ion equity - plus revenue from 800t and revenue from bulk concentrate shipments for the initial term of offtake - 7 years.

Germany as with US want the IP tech bad - to source future concentrate more locally in EU and be independent as possible. ARU need the money - large 800 million bad - largest amount on table we have been made aware of - 50% of required finance to fund CAPEX.
Unless another - say HP - Aus Gov (as seen with Iluka offer up that substantial 50% credit facility which would be much more preferred in order to maintain IP tech - ARU appear - as seen with offtake aligned to Chinese pricing in a lesser hand for the first say 7 years of all offtakes by which time much will turn in favor - although more refiners could be problematic long, long term. Which is why I don't know how but I have stated another refinery by ARU in Australia to get the early train.
