You will find they won’t give up the IP, no chance in my opinion. Not for a 500T offtake.
The Euler Hermes funding will be in exchange for the tolling. That’s my major point in the previous week or so. Ie The Germans want the REO, yes, but they can also see value in processing to final product (now they become a world leader again) Hence the clause around tolling as a CP for funding.
Hence my view that ARU have no control over timelines. The question we must all ask is what other German companies take offtake, and then will the Germans finalise product for the entire 4,400 offtake, or is this still being done in Vietnam? How much is offered to Germany, and then how far down the track is this tolling with regard to FEED, or at what capacity?
So many questions, and no answers. That’s why I also suggested comms are lacking. But in ARU management defense, maybe they also don’t have the answers yet?
