Are you kidding me.. to survive that long without any OT you will have at least one Patterson style CR and we all know what's that means to the SP. Man whatever benefit you will get from waiting that long, an increase in SOI and Patterson style CR will cause more wipe out that and may cause even more damage.
NF and his team will get a handsome salary so no loss to them but we will not see any benefit that's for sure.
