no to mention all the shares management would likely get at the same discount as other raise participants
they can’t buy on market so it suits them to do a raise and buy at a discounted price
have seen that kind of stuff over and over with small caps
for the record my aggravation is not capital raisings per se but poor strategic decisions that result in them being done at the worst of times. Directors are supposed to have vision and be two steps ahead, not playing chicken with company capitalisation
