For anyone concerned about whether OTs are now or later please read @Scarpa or @Obe wan's recent comments on how commodity pricing works. Producers don't just wait and wait and wait for prices to get better. Pricing isn't a snapshot in time locked in forever, honestly how could it be? I am in a different sector an my pricing has changed over the years to match supply, demand and speciality skills (or in Li's case, purity and consistency of the product).

Floor price, ceiling price and a general formula linked to an index. That is the simplest way to look at it. Major issues happened with other players in this industry when floor prices were not honoured and probably the indexes the formula was linked to. I would prefer it was linked to a more global index like LME or a well regarded specialist like Benchmark's pricing than internally in certain countries.

Yes management should get us the best deal for us and themselves. I have no doubt they are trying to do that, and doing it as fast as time permits. But it is related to the agreement with the other party, possibly parties, not necessarily with the current price.
