I don’t think Marcus Hughes will be entirely out of the loop in fairness so it’s really not such a ridiculous notion. I imagine he is at least in the end of the phone given he would have had significant involvement in structuring the ‘sh*t if get off the pot’ options for SK. Highly likely similar arrangements are being put forward to other potential off take partners.

The only reason I asked the question because it seems odd Marcus is still ‘between jobs’. Bedford road associates sounds more plausible but it looks more like a sole trader ABN. I.e. Les Guthrie himself. Without knowing much about how credentialed he is Les doesn’t look like a finance man.
